"Ever since I decided to buy my Harley, I have checked out several dealerships. The moment I walked into Iron Valley Harely-Davidson, I knew this is where I would purchase my Harley.
The staff was excellent and helped me in every way possible. The salesman (Bruce)took his time and answered all my questions without hesitation. When I mentioned about changing the pipes on the bike to ones I wanted, he had a service tech come out and explain everyhting I would need to do. I never had a service tech anywhere take that much time to explain all the details to me. Sorry I can't remember his name.
I purchased a Harley Softail Deluxe and I have been enjoying it ever since.
I just want to say thank you to all the personnel at Iron Valley who were involved for all their help, and will be taking my Harley there for everyhting in the future. I also will be recommending them to all my friends. Keep up the excellent work. "

"LAST YEAR LEE NEEDED A CHROME OR STAINLESS NUT FOR HIS AIR CLEANER. HE WASN'T EXACTLY SURE IF THE ONE YOUR PARTS SALESMAN HAD WOULD FIT, BUT YOUR SALESMAN TOLD HIM TO TAKE IT HOME AND TRY IT - IF IT DIDN'T FIT, JUST BRING IT BACK OR STOP IN AND PAY FOR IT. NOW, THE PART WASN'T EXPENSIVE AND WE COULD HAVE EASILY PAID FOR IT RIGHT THEN AND THERE, BUT THAT FACT THAT HE TRUSTED US ENOUGH TO DO THAT MEANT A LOT. WE MADE SURE TO RETURN THE NEXT DAY AND PAY FOR IT AND WE WILL CONTINUE TO RETURN TO THIS DEALERSHIP FOR THAT VERY REASON.
WE HAVE HAD BAD EXPERIENCES WITH OTHER DEALERS - I ACTUALLY CALLED MIKE'S HD IN SMYRNA, DELAWARE ON THE WAY HOME FROM OCEAN CITY AND ASKED IF THEY HAD A BATTERY FOR A SOFTTAIL (I WAS BROKE DOWN ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD) AND HAD THEM ASK ME IF THAT WAS A HARLEY - IMAGINE THAT! I HAVE ALSO TRIED TO RETURN DEFECTIVE MDSE (NOT PARTS - BUT A COLLECTIBLE PUZZLE)AT LANCASTER HARLEY (WITH A SALES RECEIPT) AND HAD THEM REFUSE TO TAKE IT BACK (WHICH TELLS ME HOW IMPORTANT MY BUSINESS IS TO THEM!)."

"I live in E-town and theres about 5 dealerships within 1/2 ride of my house, whenever I need something motorcycle related I come to your shop first. The people are knowledgable, friendly, and helpful. The parts and accessories department is well stocked and always has the latest products from the motor company. I once came there to buy some new grips and footpegs for my 2002 FXD, but there was only one set of pegs like I wanted and I needed two sets, so instead of sending me away and having me come back at a later date for the second set, the salesman took a set off a new bike that was on the showroom floor and sold them to me. Thats good customer service! Thank you."
