"I have been riding now for almost thirty years. Needless to say, during that time I have purchased many bikes. Hands down, the people at Iron Valley HD were the nicest, most patient, and friendliest to deal with. Eric and Mike were extremely helpful. In December of 2009 I purchased my first Harley, an FLHTC with a side car. I needed it for my severely disabled young son. I was VERY worried about my ability to handle the sidecar. Eric was very patient with me answering my many questions, even when it meant having to find the answer if he didn't know it himself. It was very refreshing to find someone who is willing to admit they don't know, but then goes the extra mile to find the answer for you. That's the kind of people Eric and Mike both are. "i'm just returning to the area after 30yrs in the marine corps. i was working on a hard time hack to get an inspection done and found ivhd in the hog atlas. no worries, no hassles and your service guy jj was a real gem to work with. you found time to get me in, take care of me, and didn't give me an attitude like many other hd shops i've dealt with in the past. you all are certainly more military/veteran friendly than some hd dealers in several "military towns" i've lived in. "I bought my first Harley, a 2003 FXSTDI 2003 Gold Key Commemerative from Mike in Jan of 2009. Both he and Eric took time to explain not only the bike but what my needs and wants were in a Harley. Both these guys made me feel more at home there then any of the other local dealers I visited. I needed some additional parts and the service department did an excellent job getting me exactly what I wanted. I can not say enough about this dealership. "My husband and I are from New York. While we were in PA for car show we saw your dealership and decided to stop by. As soon as we walked in everyone welcomed us and were very polite . My husband has a road kind and we were looking at doing some add ons. We went to the parts counter and david helped us and we got to talking, we told him were we were from and he offered to show us around the dealership. At our dealership here that has never happenend nor at any other dealership. We walked around for a little, and i saw a bike i liked, the parts guy introduced us to the sales man eric . as I am a smaller person eric broke down the basics on a bike for me, he and dave explain to me there are lowering systems that are out there to drop a bike to a level of comfortability for me. after we were done down stairs they informed us on the motorclothes upstairs. we went up and once again welcomed. the girls showed us around and assisted us and it was great. never before has a dealership(that we have been to) taken so much time to make a customer feel like they belong. the staff at iron valley is one of the finest and we truly are looking forward to coming back to visit with yous. you truly bring the old school harley-davidson feel back to life. thank you for a great experiance and we wish yous the best of business during this rough time. but with the people you have,you don't have to worry. thank you Ken and Debra "

"Ever since I decided to buy my Harley, I have checked out several dealerships. The moment I walked into Iron Valley Harely-Davidson, I knew this is where I would purchase my Harley. The staff was excellent and helped me in every way possible. The salesman (Bruce)took his time and answered all my questions without hesitation. When I mentioned about changing the pipes on the bike to ones I wanted, he had a service tech come out and explain everyhting I would need to do. I never had a service tech anywhere take that much time to explain all the details to me. Sorry I can't remember his name. I purchased a Harley Softail Deluxe and I have been enjoying it ever since. I just want to say thank you to all the personnel at Iron Valley who were involved for all their help, and will be taking my Harley there for everyhting in the future. "LAST YEAR LEE NEEDED A CHROME OR STAINLESS NUT FOR HIS AIR CLEANER. "I live in E-town and theres about 5 dealerships within 1/2 ride of my house, whenever I need something motorcycle related I come to your shop first. The people are knowledgable, friendly, and helpful. The parts and accessories department is well stocked and always has the latest products from the motor company. I once came there to buy some new grips and footpegs for my 2002 FXD, but there was only one set of pegs like I wanted and I needed two sets, so instead of sending me away and having me come back at a later date for the second set, the salesman took a set off a new bike that was on the showroom floor and sold them to me. Thats good customer service! Thank you."
